Our Mission


The Family Support Center’s Mission is to improve the quality of life of children and families in Autauga County through education, advocacy, and employment.

The Family Support Center is a private, non-profit organization that has been providing a range of services in Autauga and Elmore Counties since 1997. Programs include: Parenting Classes, Parent Project, COPE (Teens Coping with Conflict), Bright Beginnings, a Fatherhood Programs, Adult Education / GED Testing, an After-School Tutorial Program and Workforce Investment - Job Readiness Training and the WorkKeys Credential Certificate - Career Ready Certificate (CRC).


The Family Support Center Staff, Board of Directors, and Volunteers believe in the following values for the Center:
